We have always had an affinity for a sexy pedestal cake plate, but it was Hollywood superstar Pastry Chef Valerie Gordon (Valerie's Confections) who taught us that for cake display, the pedestal is EVERYTHING. We previously focused on the top, now it's the stem! This circa early 1900's clear glass is 10" diam x 5 1/4" H. Bubbles in glass, seam, and knife cuts are all indicative of age. One available.
